What ages do you teach?

We teach kids ages 2.5 to 12. Our instructors adapt to each child's comfort level and ability, from first-time toddlers to kids refining their strokes.

How much do swim lessons cost?

Lessons are $95 per 30-minute session. You can bring 1 to 3 kids per lesson for the same flat price. Summer sessions are 8 lessons ($760) and fall, winter, and spring sessions are 10 lessons ($950). All sessions are paid up front as packages.

Are lessons private or group?

Every lesson is private. You bring 1 to 3 kids from your family and get focused, one-on-one instruction. We never mix families in a lesson slot.

Where are lessons held?

Lessons are held at private backyard pools in Magnolia and Crown Hill, Seattle. Pools are heated. The exact address is shared after registration.

How do I register for swim lessons?

Register online through our Amilia booking system at app.amilia.com/store/en/seattle-swim-academy. Pick your session, choose your time slot, and you're set.

Are your instructors certified?

All of our instructors are trained in-house, CPR-certified, and background-checked. They know your kids by name and return season after season.

Do you offer lessons year-round?

Yes. Our Crown Hill location runs year-round. Our Magnolia locations run from approximately March through November. Summer sessions are two-week intensives (Monday through Thursday), and fall, winter, and spring sessions are ten weeks (once per week).

How many kids can I bring to one lesson?

You can bring 1 to 3 kids per lesson for the same flat price of $95. With 1 or 2 kids, any age and level combination works. With 3 kids, they should be roughly the same age and ability level.

Seattle Swim Academy ("we," "us," or "our") operates seattleswimacademy.com and provides children's swim instruction in Seattle, WA. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you register your child for lessons, contact us, or sign up for updates, we may collect: parent/guardian name, email address, mailing address, phone number, payment information (processed by our payment providers), and information about your child relevant to swim instruction (name, age, swim level, and any safety or medical notes you choose to share).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: schedule and manage swim lessons; communicate about registration, scheduling, makeup lessons, and waitlists; process payments; respond to questions; and send service-related emails or text messages you have opted into.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we may text you about your lessons (for example: reminders, schedule changes, and makeup lesson offers). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding vendors acting solely on our behalf to deliver messages (such as our messaging service provider).

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (such as our registration platform, payment processors, and messaging providers), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.

Data Retention & Security

We keep registration records as long as needed to serve returning families and meet legal obligations. We use reputable third-party platforms with industry-standard security to store and process data.

Children's Privacy

Our services are purchased by parents and guardians. We collect children's information only from a parent or guardian and only as needed for swim instruction. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
