Program Description
Seattle Swim Academy sends text messages to parents and guardians of enrolled students about their swim lessons, including: lesson reminders, schedule changes, makeup lesson slot offers, waitlist opening notifications, and replies to questions about lessons.
Opt-In
You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number during lesson registration and agreeing to receive text updates, by texting our number first, or by requesting text updates by phone or email. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any lessons.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your lesson schedule and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from us at any time. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You may also opt out by emailing sam@seattleswimacademy.com.
